From a reader's pov though you may want to make the right side navigation column smaller, allowing more space for your content.

I liked the content but found it a bit bland. Could not stay on long as I was not really in the mood to just read. Some nice graphics would have kept me there a bit longer and maybe I would have started going through the content.
