Making Money Online blog for sale

    I have a blog about making money online that I'm thinking about selling. I started it almost 3 months ago and I want to keep it, but i'm in school and its getting to be too much to maintain.

    The blog is new so it doesn't have a PR, but I'm expecting at least a PR3 after the next page rank update. It has a handful of permanent site-wide backlinks from PR1-PR6 blogs. It has 197 indexed pages in Google & over 3,700 backlinks in yahoo.

    The site isn't properly monetized so the revenue has been low. I only have a small adsense square in the bottom of my right column. I think with better implementation of adsense there is great income potential. Most of my clicks pay over $1.20 each.

    The blog has good SERPS. I'm on the first page in Google for a handful of keywords, some of which have over 80,000 results.

    My traffic isn't great but its not bad. This week's alexa ranking is 170,000. I have a decent amount of returning visitors and the number grows daily.

    All in all I think my blog has good income potential if monetized right. I'm not looking for anything under $250.
