Making money even if nobody clicks the ads?

    yes..they're called CPM ads...you get paid X amount for every 1000 impressions

    sometimes you get paid without any clicks,that's CPM ads.

    Adsense will pay you the greater amount cpc or cpm - or so they say.
    Advertisers can bid either way.

    Yeah, I've been making $0.05 or $0.06 every day from CPM adsense ads, in about 100 impressions for that site :)

    Yes you can do this via cpm ads like the ones listed and reviewed here. But even if you use these CPM ads or any CPM ads on your site, you still need a few clicks so that you do have a CTR percentage of some sort. If you don't then even the CPM ad networks will not want you.
