Start earning $10.00 a day from the very beginning? Interesting, could be the bold claims of a scammer but sounds intriguing nonetheless. The only way you could really do something like that would be through the use of black-hat techniques. Which on reflection isn't that helpful. After four years in the business you really should be earning much much more.

Been banned so many times previously also doesn't bode well for anyone looking to take your advice.

i guess you yourself need tips to improve your adsense knowledge, i started a site 1 monthe ago http://www.hotandfresh.in and make uptp 100$ in a monthh!!

Seems you are good in adsense. Earning $100 for the next website in one month is great start.
However, hopefully you are not repeating what you did previously as per http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1546860 to avoid get banned again
