Hi all! I am an experienced PHP web developer (with Linux system administration skills as well) and am looking to start my own work-from-home business so I can stop the 9-5 office grind. Would it be a good idea to hire the services of an outsourcing site like supportresort.com and find local contract jobs and then send all my work to them while I just manage everything (and finish/fix code if needed)... basically being the middle man between my clients and my outsourced workers. Good idea? Bad idea? Anybody doing this successfully?
