    Yes you can do Logo in Photoshop but it depends on your creative juice to come up with a nice looking professional logo.

    It's just like you have a pen and a paper in front of you that you can do almost everything as long as you know what you are doing. =)

    You can do a logo in Photoshop, but if you want to use if for different purposes (such as billboards, posters, booklets, etc.) you will need it in vector format, so it can be resizable without losing quality. So you'd better make it in Illustrator or CorelDraw.

    You can definitely do it in Photoshop but it's a lot easier to do it in Adobe Illustrator because the features/main uses of each are different. Photoshop is more for effects while Illustrator is for stuff that has to do with vectors, like logos.

    First you have to focus your designing if you want to make professional logo or anything ...and go to the youtube tutorials, make your practice good and try to do different work with your ideas.

    Photoshop is one of the best software you can use for graphics aka logo design. If you are planing to choose a tool to learn PS is a great solution. Hope you already have some experience in drawing and design at all.

    You can design a logo in Photoshop but that logo will be only for web. If you need a vector logo then go for illustrator. In my opinion, illustrator is much better for creating logo's than Photoshop.

    Photoshop logo? Look on youtube, some speed art or anything, so you will see how to make some effect. Than its just about mixing those effects to make best result. :) Just search "how to make header photoshop" or any things like that. Im 100% sure you can find something.

    Professional quality logo can be created in Photoshop easily. See the logo of my website in my signature. It was created using Photoshop PS3. :)

    Absolutely. I've created plenty of professional logos with Photoshop (and to wayne007: you can save work in a vector format with PS -- Illustrator is not necessary).
