Making Links In My Wp Posts Nofollow?

I have a couple of authority health/science Wordpress sites. Their page rank is okay, but my posts are research and press releases that universities and research centers send me. I am wondering if it would benefit my site's ranking if I were able to make all links in the posts nofollow? I am not saying I have a way to do that right now but it is something I have thought about and wonder if it is worth pursuing?

making your links no follow obviously prevent your PR getting shared to external sites. So its good to keep them no follow always. And i assume you have checked whether the researching centers don't require a do follow backlink.

Why would you want to do that? You are not linking to spam, so there is no benefit. If you're thinking about PR flow, you won't gain from it. Don't worry too much about on page factors, just quality of your own content. Sounds like it's duplicate - but I could be wrong. If you're reposting what is already published elsewhere, then this won't help your rank. Better off writing something up in your own words and linking to their papers and press releases.

    Good luck!

Anyway, we should know at least how to make nofollow attribute if we are using Wordpress!

This is the plugin which would make nofollow http://nofollowr.com/
