Making https://

    i am wondering if anyone could write me a good and easy tutorial on how to setup an https:// .

    what do i need to get that done.

    You should have a https file in your hosting. Insert a SSL certificate with it ($15 more or less)

    I'm pretty sure that all and every register/hosting have SSL for sale...

    Depends on how he meant with "how to setup an https:// " and if he is hosted on a shared hosting service, on a VPS or dedicated servers and if he has cPanel, Plesk, Webmin etc.

    Without further details it's hard to give detailed instructions because purchasing a certificate is just part of setting up SSL
