If I build about 100 blogger blogs and also host the 5 sites, then I place links of all 5 sites in 100 blogs and also place links of all blogs in other blogs to make backlinks, then is it Black Hat technique?
My friend that will be an waste of time..because those site will have now wight in the search engine..you have to link to trusted High PR site.. I have seen people do stuff like this in the past..backlink are easy to get..you just have to work hard at..
That's true. You need to get backlinks from high PR sites to get some real benefit of the time you'll spend doing that.
Link is a link,I would use every opportunity to get backlinks but because those blogs will be mostly from the same servers/IPs the benefit would not be as satisfactory.If you can get somebody else do it for you,go for it.Otherwise don't do it,try article marketing,blog commenting and try to automate or outsource as much as you can so that you can get more in less time.
A page that has mixture of every theme site, is not good for backlinks. Always remember. "The theme of linked page is ace"

This is not good technique. This is some sort of link Exchange that is not much effective for google search engine. Actauly this is was good in some months ago but now google doest not consider these back link that are involved link Exchange.
This is not a bad idea, like this you will get links through different domains. But don't perform the whole task in a day. Means link only 5-10 blogs in a day to one website. you can make links from other sources for the same website like through articles, directories, forums etc.
I think it is better to link the original 5 sites to the high page rank websites in relevant categories.because the blogs you manage are not valuable enough to offer good quality backlinks.so i suggest you to try to the another ways.
