Making frames in a post

Does anyone know how to divide a post into frames, with different content or text in each frame?
    Is it possible?
    Is it recommended?

Possible - yes. Recommended, definitely not. Why would you want frames in a post? Most people are annoyed with sitewide frames, and even more annoyed with frames within a post or single page.

Why not just use CSS or, at worst, TABLEs?

Yeah, I'd do a div or table with borders.

But if you want scrollbars, maybe you could use an iframe.

Even search engines dont like frames. Try to avoid them as much possible.

Thanks for the plug in. Thanks for the opinions too.
I don't want to do anything that will have that effect.
