Making book jackets via a Web interface

    We are looking for an application that would allow our visitors to make book jackets on the fly. Essentially we would give them the choice of a couple of stock images and then allow them to input text that would be added to the image. I know that there are a lot of applications that I could download and install on my computer to do this. However, we are looking for something that could be installed on a computer that would allow visitors to our website to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
