Making a website in Japanese

    I mean I know that part. I tried editing a template but it doesn't show up properly in browser. Any solution to that ?

    Do Japanese users need to have special language packs?

    I know when I view Chinese websites the layout is often messed up and the text looks wrong. I've always assumed it was because the browser was doing its best but didn't quite get it and some sort of add on was needed.

    I don't know actually. I am a web developer and one of my clients needs his website to be made in japanese .I tried writing in japanese but then it doesn't display properly in the browser.
    I don't know what wrong I am doing here

    Cheap and dirty solution. Have someone do the Japanese text in a format you can see on your computer. Do screen shots. Insert the text as images.

    If not you're probably going to have to contact some web developer in Japan to find out how it's done. Or wait for HTML5 to be the norm and specify the font.
