Making a vbulletin skin - where to start?

    Hey all,

    I wanna make some vbulletin skins, i can design them in Pshop, but cant code em. Is there any tutorials for making a VB skin ????

    if no tutorials, can someone explain how to make?

    Yeah i want to learn myself. I am not coding with other.

    The other thing is how to set the VB forum offline? i use Phpdev for offline php tasks, but it require php 5. And i dont know how to set php5 in phpdev :(

    I don't know any coding, but I think changing the default colours can make a forum look great.
