Making a promo video on youtube

    Having a youtube channel helped me alot to have fast a visibility on google by some keywords, but now i guess i need a promotional serious video, and i found some sites about that but, payment option is paypal, me i cannot use it for now.

    Can anyone suggest to me any site who accept SKRILL or NETELLER so i can pay someone a small amount to make a video for me?
