The answer is very very simply modelling-I Model successful people- I have been online DP from March 07, by June I was making a nice 1500 a month which only grew from there-Now if I only made 1500 I couldn't survive, I recently hired 3 employees cause I couldn't handle the work so the answer is very simple- What are people buying? What are people selling? If you look long enough then you find the answer to how to make money- What are people looking to buy that they cannot or there is no service for it, Offer it to them and if all else fails- Look for people on Dp who make money- It's easy to spot, they don't have to say I make money for you to know who they are.. I have a really great method to open new income sources without spending alot of money but maybe I'll tell you guys later
I'm sure we'd all love to make webmastering as our only income source and work for ourselves. However, this is only possible if you have stable income.
this has been a very interesting thread learning what others think of online marketing, Im starting out but im getting there, by july I think I should be supporting myself completely through the net.
Since Im coming from non-English speaking country mine main obstacle is writing . I've tried a lots of so called MFA scripts that made sites on the fly, but neither one suits my requirements - so I wrote my own which isnt typically MFA script but it can do all of these boring tasks for me automatically (far from that that I was highly skilled programmer - but I become quite experienced on this thorny path). I've learned a lot, read even more and what is the most important thing - APPLIED what I have learned. If it failed, I change it a little and so on ... And yes - you can make a living with the internet business - but far from that it is easy...
I make my income on the internet. I used to work in a famous investment bank (rhymes with borgan wankley) and make more now with one billionth of the stress, from home. If I could, I'd give the internet a big wet kiss...
