Better including ability to set photo category from admin panel not a pre-defined ones ex. men and women can be anything from admin panel so you can use the script for other kinds of photos

Integration with most common forum softwares like vbulletin, phpbb etc as running plain hot or not site is not a great idea IMO
well I am making this for personal use, and then giving out on my site, so I don't want anything that fancy
The good thing you can do is making categories dynamic hot or not style for only 2 words isn't good anymore - dynamic one will be better i can help you with beta testing and giving suggestions if you want
a great idea can be that each user can have many pictures for rating at the same time, like stored in a folder,
yeah, I was thinking a maximum of 5 photos per use, but the rating would be collective... otherwise it might get a little too mysql intensive
can you suggest hotornot categories ? I made one with cat and another with dogs ! I think it can be done with many other categories, any idea ?

Hmm, I need to finish the admin panel. The script is pretty crappy right now, and would need a tester, but don't have a budget for a tester. Pricing, I will probably give this out for free, but copyright will need to be kept intatct or pay $5 to remove it. I want this to be very easy to mod and edit, so I am coding this in straight php (no templating system) and keeping it really clean. will try to finish up the admin panel later today, and make a demo by tomorrow.
let me admin set the amouth of pictures people could have for rating. and if each picture should be rated or all together
Will do, pretty much this first release is going to be OSS and very basic. I will then need bug testing/feature suggestions, maybe a little creation help. Then when it is a little better. I will release for free with a copyright notice. I will probably charge $1-5 for removal, testers will get it for free.
