Making a forum based on a specific person?

    If you make a forum based on a specific forum, say a celebrity or something, is there a possible copyright infringement?

    For example if you use their name, like "TomCruiseForum.com"

    Won't be a problem if you added words like "fan", "club" etc in the domain.

    And make sure you have a disclaimer that is very obvious that says you are in no way affiliated with said celebrity and you are only a fan site/club/whatever.
