    You can download IconArt free software at this url:http://conware.org/ . You can design your fevicons. It automatically saves icons with .ico extension. Iam using this.

    2. that link spawned popups for me, all but one blocked

    3. is anyone surprised that a site with the name "ConWare.org" doesn't work and is PR0 :D

    Regarding http://conware.org/, this url I grabbed from somewhere. I could not remember the exact grabbed location. I will recall and post the exact location from which this url I took for downloading "IconArt" software. But this url worked for me. I have not suffered pop-ups.

    I'm mainly just making fun of the name ConWare, ramakrishna - in English, "con" is sometimes used as another word for "scam" or "fraud". :eek:
