Good to know about your story.... BTW I make around $30-$40 per month....With a bit more work and determination ..... I'll reach the $50+ target

This is very inspiring. I also find it hard to earn from Google adsense. But I'll my best to improve.

 

I found out that even if my website received 1 trillion views per day it would still make nothing but pennies. The niche was just too poor and crowded...
Unfortunately i do not have enough knowledge about any other niche so adsense was hopeless for me to start with.
