Making ££££'s

Okay, can you make money from a website with very little money..

I run the site in my signature below, chances of every getting a few thousands visitors every week is going to be very difficult due to the competitiveness of the keywords.

I've used the site to increase links, to my main website, by the directory, and publishing travel articles.

Any ideas how I could make money with low traffic levels?

You can try traffic studio.

 

try going more direct on your keywords.

do a little research, find some keyword that is worth at least double the traffic you have.

eg. "Italy holiday" would be highly competitive, but "Italy holiday rental" should be slightly easier to rank for.

*Looks at message board.* The first thing my brain says iz..."Dead board, must get out ASAP." You don't start with 101 message boardz when it's dead. You start with one and add boards as it get's populer...if it ever does.

 

i have pretty low traffic (200 - 400 unique daily) and i make a steady income, its nothing special but its a nice sum that can be used to advertise with at the end of the month or whatever.

 

if you an empty forum, I would suggest posting some information for people to reply to, i am in the same position with a new forum and I need to post some info on there.

 

debate issues are normally good for getting replies, stuff like Creation Vs Evolution - How did we all start out? etc etc
