Makes $400 a month, 7 letter domain (Full site)

I have a seven letter domain (.com) and it relates to what the site does exactly 100%.
It makes $400 a month (I will be selling the entire site, including the files).
Currently about 24,000 members.

How much could I sell it for?

P.S. Trying to keep the domain name a secret for now, sorry.

 

Well if you can make $400 a month guaranteed, I'd say you could sell for 7-10 months worth of revenue.

So maybe you could sell it for $3000, give or take a couple hundred.

 

I've sold one of my other sites for about $7,800 and it only made $300 a month.

 

Sometimes people get emotional about the site and the regularly used multiples for deriving a price go out the window. I'd use the multiples as a guide line and then work on their emoitions for more $$$$

I'd would never sell a site without asking for at least 2 years worth of revenue. 7-10 months as said above is way too little. in 7 months the buyer has made his money back! More than 100% ROI!

You make 400 a month, i'd sell for about 10000 minimum, unless the revenues are irregular.

 

Buyers want a better return. Think like a buyer. Sell quickly for $3,000 or wait another year.
