    The site has three unique keyword targeted articles on it that has helped the site get ranked within two days on the first page for the exact keyword. Just a little SEO and you will start making money either with affiliate products in the "money making niche" or with adsense. This site has very high potential to earn big $$$.

    I am selling it because this is what I do. Since I do not have the time to grow websites (because of my day job) I build websites targeting high potential keywords and keyphrases and sell them to people who have the time to grow them and profit. The site is getting daily traffic, but not too much as this is a micro niche for the time being. Once clicksure gets more popular, traffic will sky rocket. Again, lots of potential.
