Yeah. textpad isn't bad either, it highlights lines of code and does allow multiple files open at the same time
There is a feature in dreamweaver that shows you what your code will look like visually. You still need to know the basics of coding HTML and CSS though. That and a good image editer like photshop or fireworks will be good
yes i agree u can insert tables and colums easily.. so Dream Weaver is better , and try this NUV thats a freeware and is also a good software..
