I just received money from a person by seling him an online content i.e. a template I made in photoshop. When he made the payment then I sent him template.

Thereafter he opened a case that he did not received the template and ask paypal to chargeback.

    Paypal did the same.
I am very surprised that the paypal is always on the buyer's side.
If the same will be continuing then how we will be able to deal online.

This case is an Ideal example to everyone to be safe.
If you get the payment then just cash it out, instantly or transfer it to your another paypal account. I think this is the safe method to run paypal accounts.

you mean, that they will chargeback, even if my account is having Zero Balance and in that case my account will be having a negative balance.

    Thankx for the info.

Well, what you do is ship the item to the buyer using a verifable service such as the United States Postal Service. That way, PayPal KNOWS that they got it. ;)

And yes, you can put a template on a CD and go and mail it...it will cost you less than $2.00 USD and will save you a ton of headaches!

Send them via email. It can be attachment or download link. When they open dispute, show paypal the detail delivery email with the date and time.

Nope, that isn't considered good enough. Paypal considers transfer of items such as images and web hosting as intangible goods. The only way would be to burn it onto a CD and provide Paypal with the proper tracking information. Also, this isn't always due to stolen accounts. Some people just decide to rip you off and get their stuff for free at the same time.

Does paypal accept the e-mail attachments as proof?

I am hearing about this, for the first time...

Can anybody who was successful in doing the same, please confirm?

    Regards,

If your case is legitimate and you have supporting documents to support your case (which I hope you have), you can always fight on the chargeback.
