Make-your-own paypal?

    Hmmm, always wanted to know, how do you become a payment proessger

    I see payPal are one of the leeding ones, with all there high-tech gismoze!

    But, I want to make one, do I need to get permissions from the Banks?

    law?, ect ect?

    Please help me!

    Yes there are laws you need to follow, I would check into them.. do a search on Google. or check with an attorney that handles that sort of thing.. but do your homework.

    Scripts are way easy to find.

    The main thing would be the foreign exchange and the other legalities involved in it.

    It is not hard, you do not need permission from the bank unless you want to enable it. Its hard to do this, there is so much competition out there already..

    You should have a Money Transmitters license first.and then there are Hundreds of Legal Formalities to go through to start an Online Payment processor.And you need $5mn+ to start a Successfull Payment processor.
