The digitalpoint discount is still active. PM me for the 30 percent off url for those that would like to get started. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to ask me any questions in public here or in private via pm if you prefer.

Well, with any affiliate program, the key is traffic. Do you have any traffic? That is where our software comes in. It is designed to help you gather and send targeted traffic to your offers. If it is a good merchant that converts, you start earning money.

We use our software to market our affiliate sites. The traffic is all organic search from the major search engines.

A mac version of what? Our software is web based. It runs on any apache/php/mysql server that meets the requirements.

I've tried you guys a few times, and I've always had an issue with support. I just came back with a link exchange subscription due to the discount to try it out, and it isn't working. I'm still having trouble getting anyone to help with my issues, and the only way I can see to get someones attention is to pay the $5 support fee.

This seems pretty ridiculous when I've followed your directions to a T and it's still not working. The issue is one that's been posted about on the forums before with no answer given as to how to solve it.

Lack of support is the reason I quit in the past, and it looks to be the reason I'm going to have to cancel again.

Our support staff is gone during the weekend so they can spend some time with their families. I personally know that your issue is being looked at right now as I type this. In fact, we are just waiting for a response back from you as it appears your server doesn't meet the minimum requirements listed on our signup page. As soon as you get back to us, we can verify that and move forward.

BTW, the reason the solution wasn't posted on the forums is because the previous members with the issue realized afterwards that it was their server configuration that was the issue. We helped them resolve it one on one.

Our support staff is on site a minimum of 12 hours a day monday through friday. Now, I of course understand that different time zones make things more difficult, but as our long time users will point out, we do have some of the best support out there for our scripts.

Our support guys logged into your server and everything is fine. We didn't have any issues. Just registered the server with Link Exchange and all is set. Not sure what issue you thought you had, but it appears fine.
