I need a flash designer to take this .png star and make it into flash. The image will read: "Secured for 14 days" then after one day it will say: "Secured for 13 days" and it will count down to zero where it will read: "No Longer Secured!" The star needs to have some continous animation so that it looks active. Maybe a reflection of light or some other thing to show its active and counting down. Can this be done in flash? I need to understand how I can start the count down and end it. Please give a price.
