Make this look pretty for me and I will pay you well!

I've been trying to add a flowchart into my site http://www.simplyfreeiphone.co.uk but am not at all happy with what I have created so far. It was uploaded but I had to remove it, so I've set out below the .PNG image.

Is there anyone out there with the design skills to make this look attractive/eye catching? The colours don't have to be as below but need to blend in with the site. The narrative needs to be readable.

In fact, if you think you can offer a total redesign of the site, I will consider that too. Maybe an iPhone template/colour scheme?
