Make the image a higher resolution

Hello,

I have an image as attached. I want to increase the resolution of the image to make it more clearer and sharper. If someone can do this for me I am ready to pay for it.

 

Can you provide some more specific details in terms of expected size and dpi ?

I'd be happy to turn it into a vector image for you. Resolution would be irrelevant with vector.

I am not worried about what you want to do....
I just want to make the image more sharp and clear, there by removing the current distortions it has.
So if any one can make it sharper and clearer by removing the distortions I will be happy to accept that.

 

the solution was good. That may be applied to that kind of picture.

But i just wondering, can we do the same thing for Actual Photograph. At this time, i it impossible. Am i right?
