This project is for a business networking organisation whereby members wish to promote each other's products and services.

There will be five pages to the website:

    1. Homepage

    2. Sign up page

Users can sign up and enter their details. These are then verified by a moderator before the user is accepted. In the meantime they can login to complete the rest of their details. Information gathered is name, email, phone, company name, address.

    3. Log in page

Users can log in and edit their co-reg advertisement and get their HTML code to add the co-reg form to their website. The ads are similar to Facebook ads so there is an image, headline, body text, and there will be a checkbox if the visitor is interested in receiving details on their offer.

The user can also select which group they are in by navigating through a structure of country, region, and group. This setting determines which other co-registration offers appear to their website visitors - ie. they will see the offers of other members of their own group.

The user can also get their HTML code. This would be an iframe. They can set the width for their website and this is passed as a variable through the script which would then return the HTML table with the correct number of columns to fit the available width.

The user can specify the colours for the table - background colour, text colour, link colour. By default these will be white, black, blue.

    4. Administrator login

The site administrator can log in to edit the groups (countries, regions, group names), and approve/delete users from groups.

    How the co-reg form operates:

Users place the HTML on the thank you page of their website following someone making a purchase or submitting an enquiry form. It then displays other offers that they may be interested in. They fill out their contact details at the top (or these could be pre-filled if data is availabel) and click the ones they are interested in and press the submit button below. This then sends off a number of emails:

    * For each offer ticked: an email is sent to the user for that offer with the visitors contact details and the name of the person & company who made the referral.
    * A summary email is sent to the user whose website the visitor was on letting them know the visitors contact details and a list of the offers they ticked - along with contact details for those users - name, company name, telephone, email address.

We would like this script to be simple to operate, nothing fancy, and our budget for this is low because it is going to be a non-profit script.

If you have some experience with co-reg forms like this please can you PM me with your bid, and if you have any questions please ask them below.

We would like the script to be ready by 18th September.
