I've run out of cash and need to make some cash.

You will sign up for senuke 7 day trial, then you will make software exactly like senuke.

Then I will do the promotion and selling of the software,

We will sell for $200/piece, no monthly fee.

Earnings 50-50 %

It's not difficult at all to create a senuke like software, just be sure to create it a little bit better than senuke.

Maybe add a blog commenting feature in it too.
