Make refferal traffic from inner

I have example.com - main site. And example.com/blog/ - my blog. Example.com and example.com/blog/ have different google analytics code (different profiles in GA). I need to see visitors from example.com/blog/ on my main site example.com as refferal traffic and not inner.

Hi, actually i was supposed to answer another question but linked to wrong page being all tabs open in same window. Well here is the answer of your question according to my perception; you can put home page link with anchor text on your potential keywords in your blog content and then commence optimizing that page. Once you optimize that page then promote it. Whenever that targeted URL appears relative to search query, you will get referral traffic to your home page.
