Make people register on forum?

    I'm running a kinda new fansite for Liverpool FC. I have about 200-300 visitors each day, 35% from search engines, and 40% direct traffic.

    But I'm not sure how to convert visitors into members. Any ideas? I've already tried creating several accounts, writing about 300 posts..


    PS: It's both a regular website and a forum, and the regular website is where everyone ends up after typing my domain..

    You can limit the privilege of the guests in your website.You can also add some attractive things in it and make
    them only access to members there.Pay more attention to this,then you will get more members registered.

    a good way i found on my bolton forum was to put match highlights on it and make it so only registered members can view the
