Using the photo attached do you think one could create a comic book style design using a technique similar to this one: http://www.kirupa.com/motiongraphics/comicbookstyle_pg1.htm Is this skill set hard to come by? What do you think something like this would cost? I don't think I would want much if anything done to the car just the person standing next to the car. If someone wants to give this a shot, I can send you the full res image (this one has been cropped). If this is can be done, if it looks good, and it is not too expensive; then, I definitely have work that I could give.
