Make money with wordpress.com?

Putting ad code isn't accepted in wordpress.com. Are there other ways to make money with wordpress.com blog? How is the effect?

You can put Adsense code to the WP. I personally use it. Look for sidebar.php or footer.php and make sure they work with the Adsense.

You can promote affiliate programs by using the WP.

 

I think the thread starter is talking about the free wordpress subdomain. We can't put ads in free WP blog.

Anyway, I suggest you try blogspot, you can put ads there. Also, I prefer to buy my own domains instead of using free sub domains.

 

try to use some affiliate program if it fits within your niche or use other blogging host

use similar free blog like wordpress, my recomend is blogsome, thats same with wordpress.

 

yes, blogsome can put adsense and affiliate links too. And there's some nice theme for your blogs.

Direct sources of income:
-sell it on the black market
-private link sales (like on DP)


Indirect:
-use it for SEO of your other sites - those which have ads

 

get a page rank to you blog and join PPC program.

 

You should either do self hosting or if you use Blogger, it's a lot easier to just plug Adsense in... they have it built in for you.

 

You can just use it for linking purpose through the blogroll, better if blog with your own domain name.
