Nice video. Though not as effective as it used to be paid posts are a good way of diversifying your income. I wouldn't advise using this method on a site which you are already monetising in other ways though as Google will penalise you for using this method and it does impact a sites stats and can result in the site getting de-listed (this is assuming there are regular links embedded within the article).
