They can if you use their trademark in your domain, or claim that it is an official product. We know better than that.

I do have one website that have "cityville" on my domain. I did contact zynga and after few replies they allow me to use the domain for my website
I have promote 4 different cityville products, might add yours when I join the affiliates program later.

Your pictures have the word Cityville in it. Whether or not you have the word cityville in domain, you are still playing with fire. It can confuse customers who think this is affiliated to Zynga games.
