Hey, Sick and tired of doing all the boring repetitive tasks? Don't have the time to teach a worker how to do the work? Well, let me do that for you. What I'm offering is unlike other services. Usually what people do is create videos for the workers which still leaves them confused. So what will You Get? - I will personally find and hire the worker for you and he will only want a pay of $100/month working 7-8 hours a day 5 days a week - whatever time you want. You pay him at the END of the month, not BEFORE unlike other VA's so there's no risk of scam - I will personally handle his payroll so that you don't have to worry about him coming to you begging for money - I will personally get him to digitally sign a contract which I have a template of - this has work rules - If you don't have a server, I will let him do YOUR work on MY server - I will personally analyse the reports that he sends everyday and sum up the work he has done for the day, and see if he has done the work well or not. - And lastly, I'll personally train him for whatever work you need him to do. Now you must be thinking what expertise do I have to teach him or why can't you teach him... well, my expertise is me being in the internet marketing industry for over 3 years. I have gone from blackhat marketing, to whitehat marketing, to greyhat, and recently I've been focusing on whitehat marketing. I have done all forms of promotion and personally trained myself well enough to be able to promote however I want. Specifically, I have done/used yahoo answers, video marketing, blog commenting, forum commenting, bookmarking, social media marketing, craigslist, ebay(blackhat stuff). And the answer to the 2nd question; teaching someone who is quite illiterate in English can be difficult. Not only that, it can be incredibly time consuming but I speak a variety of languages; English, German, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu so I can communicate with the workers quite well. Using videos or documents is also quite hard to train them with because you can't always teach them those odd two tips i.e. "if there's already a video like that on ___ then don't post it there but if it is..." a document and a video will always remain robotic but I can interact with them quite well and make them feel as if they're in a good social environment; not only does this increase their work enthusiasm but it can also help me tell you things about the worker to help understand what he wants to achieve and what he wants to do next - this will help analyse the time window between this worker and the next. What's the Cost? I have seen similar systems to mine which are JUST VIDEO OR TEXT which sell for in excess of $300. I am going to be generous and provide my interactive service for $160. The only reason I'm doing this is for a genuine family emergency (if people are doubting me, then specifically, I have got to pay for a funeral) and I need whatever income I can get. The access to my server alone is worth $40/month but I will provide your worker RDP access for a small fee of $15/month, here are the server specs: Intel Quad I7 920 2.66ghz 4TB Space 16GB RAM 1GBPS UNLIMITED bandwidth. Because I have the family emergency, the service price is highly negotiable but as I said similar services go for in upwards of $300 and are usually just videos or text documents. So What Will You Achieve From This? You'll be able to carry on with your full time job whilst all the boring and repetitive tasks are done for you. And this is the great thing, newbies who are looking for someone to do the work for them, and have a small amount of investment money, they can stop investing in stupid ebooks and take my service which should make you a good amount of money. i was lucky enuf 2 get the review and he got me a VA with in 4 hours wen i talkd 2 him and as he said, i am payin him at the end of the month, and the worker agreed to $100. he trained the VA within a day and he has been sending me reports for the last 2 days i did not take his server option becuz i have my own server. overall i give him 9/10 so far and thats only becuz it hasnt been a month
I've brought a service from him before, and it was pretty good so I thought I'd try this. I have to say, he's very prompt and the service he provides is professional. It's different from others, he trains them well and the worker was at the price he promised and the worker agreed for me to let me pay him at the end of the month rather than now. The work has been good and he gave me a discount - I got a fully trained VA for $230/month which is excellent. There are a couple of downsides; he comes on at weird times so I can't always contact dogitalweb, and the server can get quite slow as I have tested it. Other than that, it's very good; 4/5, I may buy another from him next month.
