    myLot is one and also there may be many more sites that pay via paypal for using them i read some time ago about upload file and get payed or upload picture etc but not sure
    from one site i earned 5$ for uploading funny pictures but now that domain is closed

    Besides freelancing I know of a few that actually pay but you have to dedicate a few minutes of free time (say 5 minutes every day, can do it 1 minute every 5 hours or whatever you want). Pays pretty good, pm me if your interested - it's all free, not trying to sell anything.

    I'm not a big fan of ptc so I wouldn't recommend going down that route with neobux or w/e.
