    It would help to have a colour in your forums... If you are trying to attract people who want to earn money, then your going to need a clean layout (to make it seem as if you yourself make money too). Also, Add some colour please....

    I like colors and layout is also good. Top menu design is perfect! :) But if it is money-making forum why there is no money-making attributes in your design? And add favicon.ico to make Firefox users happy!

    Is that forum in a frame? I see a 2nd scroll bar that appears when I load it on FF. I would remove the frame right away!

    um.. i think you need more work on your design.. its kinda plain.. check out mysite indexspot.com -webmasters forum.. would you like to trade members... like email members to register at each others sites let me know if interested..?

    I have 3MB DSL, and that forum loaded - while using the FasterFirefox
    extension, in over 30 seconds! 39.887 seconds to be exact!

    You need to verify that your pages are using compression, optimize ANY
    images you have, and such!

    Also, make sure to patch your forum with all the latest security patches!

    espmartin is right, the page took long to load, compress the images or whatever it is because your bandwith bill will cost you a lot.. well if you get more than 88 members.
