Selling Make Money Online and Finance Site For Sale - 33 Unique Articles and Clean Design

I'm being forced to sell my main focus website due to needing to free up funds for a premium domain name that i have seen in relation to another niche and so am looking to part with the site to gain money towards the cost and free up my time.

The site was created with Adsense in mind, meaning that all the keywords are high paying when your visitors click on any of the ads.

All the content is custom created and with 33 unique articles on there, you would have to pay out more than $300 just for the content (if you wanted the content to be of an equal quality).

The site is clean, easy to use and easy on the eye, meaning that your visitors will stick about on the site as long as you provide content worth reading.

To date i have earned around £4 on Adsense due to not getting the traffic into the site just yet but the visitor numbers showing on the AwStats is showing that it gets on average 10 visitors per month and the site isn't fully indexed yet!

I spent all last night working on getting links into the site, commenting on related blogs that have a certain plug in to signify that they are more than happy to allow you to have your link on their site as long as the comment is related to the post.

So once these fully index on all of the sites, i would say that i must have covered between 50-100 links to the site which have a number of different keywords so not to flood the site.

N.B.

I'm not interested in hearing from people who think that the BIN is too high as the site is not earning a huge amount, the valuation i have placed into the BIN is based on the content that is on the site.
