All sites running Wordpress, with a selection of plugins installed and configured, covering SEO, admin theme, Stats, keywords rank in SE's, grabbing content from RSS and Y! Answers etc etc.

They are very low maintenance. They are gaing loads of backlinks daily via trackbacks, and every post is sent to Twitter which brings a load of traffic.
I have been manually promoting the first three sites in twitter (takes just few minutes a day), dropped some links at high PR Sites, dropped some comments.

All of them are on the same theme, Facebook replica, I have added custom random Gravatars, and tidied the layout and Ad placement.
