    I had a good plan of building a product that can give me regular income but since 2008 a lot of things changed in my life... I dont have time to dedicated to this site and hence selling my site...

    Domain was registered in 2008. You get unique content and minsite for a small price...

    I was not able to create the product. And I don't have time to create the product now... That's why I a selling it.
    Once you create the product you will be able to recover the money in less than a month or may be in a week if you know Internet marketing.
