i have tried now: i have clicked on reports..i i have waited 47 seconds (!!) then page finally appeared. that's BAD,please fix the problem!

 

I think The IP limit should be per file per 24 hrs ..
Per user 24 hrs for any files is not good.. my downloads r reducing so much

I've checked your rewards page and I see 2.5 usd for other countries.. so is this latest status also ur new reward system, that you promise to announce ?
25 usd for tier 1 and 15 usd for tier 2 countries will remain the same ?

I think this should also be updated.. so you would not hear any more complaints from people because of high downloads / low points..

and btw, the current system is not much helpful for selling premium accounts.. for ex hotfile.com sets 30 min waiting after each download regardless of file size.. that increases premium sells.. you should also set limits similarly I guess, even for smaller files..

one more thing, wibiya toolbar does not suit for a file-hosting site.. it is much for bloggers..

when i click on "convert point" button i dont see "convert to 30$" button.
yes...i know min points sum to convert to money is 3000.

some suggestions:-
restricitions of ip should be removed , maybe you can add advertisement , in order to earn more..
new pay per download should be announced which should seem attractive and benifitial for uploaders..
the site server could be upgraded , and so on......

 

I agree one download per ip per day is not so good, many uploaders would agree with this. It should be one download per ip per file per day. You can add some advertisement or add some delay time to get more revenue, no one will complain about that. To be the best in the market you have to offer the best for all.

 

It is not a technical problem, we disable the button from 11th till the 15th, and then again from the 26th till the 1st of the next month, for payment processing purposes.

The IP restriction rule is there for a reason, it prevents a lot of abuse and cheating. I don't see why would should pay multiple times for downloads from the same user (IP) in a 24 hour period.

It shouldn't be at this time, it's only during extremely busy hours the server slows from overload.

 

Up to 150 Mb, 2 files max

 

and Minimum size of the file is 1 MB
