    Selling Make Money Investing Site

    Website contains unique content and has many backlinks from article sites and various other websites. Selling because I don't have time to keep it as updated as I would like to, as is the case with many of my other sites.

    Excellent subject which is obviously lucrative - Adsense ads have a very high CPC so with just a few visitors you can get your money back from this investment.

    Site is using static HTML and has had a custom header image designed. Some of the Adsense may need to be moved due to their recent updates penalising sites with adverts above the fold.

    Site contains lots of uniquely written articles which don't appear elsewhere.

    I would recommend converting the site to CMS to make it easier to update, also I would add a newsletter of some kind and maybe a forum.
