yes, you can have a cj account without a website. People who use adwords to promote cj is called PPC Arbitrage
but when I click "Get Link" the advertiser request a website to give me a link. how can I get links without website?!!
Omg.. Just get a website. Pay $6 a month for hosting and use Wordpress. Instead of trying to slide around things to make it easier on yourself, its best to just put the time in to learn what you're doing. I can tell you right now that PPC is tougher than it sounds and if you're not willing to put in the simple effort to at least get a blog going you're not going to make any money with PPC - you'll just end up losing it.
Its cheaper for u start a website,as a newbie/learner u tend to lose lot of $$$ in the beginning if u use PPC.
