    Hey,

    You can code or you are a pro in graphic design?
    Than maybe I can help you with this method:
    1. Contact me and show me examples of your work.
    2. We will talk about a concept and you will setup a site for me,
    your work is to do all technical/design stuff.
    3. I will promote the site and sell it on flippa. You will get 50% of the flippa earnings.
    Normaly I get $200-$1.400 per site, so if you make 10 sites a month you will get $1.000-$7.000
    from me. Some serious money right?
