I have been using facebook to make money and helping others in my local area get a page up and running. You can do it many ways including giving stuff away for Likes. The more Likes you have the more people seeing your offers!

I make a good living contacting businesses in my local area and offering them a Free FanPage then once my foots in the door I offer other services to them. Actually I don't know how to make money from facebook fan pages. I don't have anything to promote except my web sites. However I like to make money from using third party ads. But according to facebook TOS, they don't allow to display third party ads.

Earning money from FB fan page is not that cool. Usually, most advertisers use affiliate links and sometimes you end up earning nothing to a few dollars. I think it's almost worthless to deface your Fanpage with some affiliate links to some sites like Clickbank, Commission Junction, etc.

Thats a good idea, you can make money within your facebook page and you can also use facebook to drive traffic to your website and sell literally anything.

But you need to create a daily system for yourself that you will use to promote your site. For example, if i wanted to build specifically my facebook followers or drive traffic with facebook.

I would spend at the least 10 minutes each day using the following different sections of the site.

Facebook Events

Facebook Community Pages

Facebook Fan Pages
