Make Money from any Link 1$ minimum payout

    Helloi'm going to start new program to make money from any link, it's something similar to adf.ly but no need for shorten links it's more simplebut i wonder do you prefer paying for all country traffic at lower rate or pay for tier1 and 2 country traffic at high rate, which one do you prefer

    yes we pay by paypal but since we have adult part in the site and duo to paypal strict rules
    we will use thrird party to send paypal payment but the minimum payout is 10$ for paypal and payment within 24-48hours upon request, contact me for this
