I've made an open discussion with Pipes with regards on how to make money on creating directories, on the discussion they come up on facts that earning $3,000 monthly is almost impossible. For this I'm setting up a process on how to earn $100 on creating directories. 1. Make a presentable Directory, People always like nice color, cool to the eyes. Select 99% uptime hosting. 2. Categorized it properly, be précised (Don't mixed cars with real estate or travel to games). 3. Promote (Submit it to free directories, DMOZ, Yahoo, and etc. and if want really to invest try to submit it on paid directories with high PR) also on highly forums. Note: Submit every category not just the url.com but url.com/real-estate/, url.com/travel and etc. 4. Always be sure that you've got a reciprocal link always and not 3 clicks away from the index page. (One way link could hurt your PR, 4 clicks is quite far to visitors). 5. Avoid link farming; go for just 10-20 links per page. Let all the submitter receive proper traffic distribution. 6. Don't go to paid listings directly, wait until you have traffic of 5,000 unique daily and a minimum of PR4 or else nobody would pay you for a links. (You can reach this volume if you carefully follow these tips after a year). Note: If you go for paid listings, always lower your price to other directories. $1.5 for ordinary listing and $3 for sponsor listings, people would bite this price if you have PR4 directory. 7. Fast approval. 8. Set-up your money making program like PPC always visible better mixed it with category links and for affiliate products put it always in the right side were visitors can see. 9. Maintain. Give Freebies sometimes, like free listings, chance to be featured their directory on the main page for a day. For sure this process could help you how to make money creating directories and earned $100 by the end of the month.
Much of what you said was wrong. A lot was right. The basics were there but using PR as a measurement will only harm you.
You should be banned boy (probably you may be). For now you earn a red from me. Your posts are for naive kids, additionally you duplicate it. I'm nearly sure you have nothing to show us as your own example of success, just only trying to bump up your posts number and make people to click your shameless footer links for naives. And one more thing: even your avatar shows us how stupid is your way of thinking, as I doubt anyone could trust you, seeing such photo. Mods: come on, at least remove the thread!
